Customer should be able to get on and off the bus by themselves or with assistance, organized by themselves. Please inform the operator beforehand if you will be bringing a wheelchair to the tour.
- Baby strollers can be stored in the compartments of the bus as long as it is foldable.
- Due to the high altitude in Jungfraujoch and the Top of Europe, this may not be suitable for some travelers. Please check with your doctor prior to traveling.
- Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
